• Can start and operate handheld equipment with limited oversight
• Can operate a push mower

CREW MEMBER 2

HOW YOU WORK

• Willing to do whatever job is assigned
• Asks intelligent questions to improve and retains the answers

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Proficient with handheld equipment with no supervision
• Can operate all mowers sizes and styles with some supervision
• Able to load and unload mowers from the trucks

CREW MEMBER 3

HOW YOU WORK

• Fully involved from start to finish, all day, every day
• Shows retention of training instructions
• Sees what is needed and does it without asking
• High sense of job awareness with surroundings and people

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Has knowledge of turf types and adjusts mowers accordingly
• Able to load, unload, and fuel the truck and equipment
• Has a valid drivers’ license
• Able to use phone app or other technology to record job information
• Can operate all mowers sizes and styles under standard conditions of
•  level ground with no supervision

HOW YOU WORK

• Understands all aspects of property care
• Always has consistent results
• Will always step up when needed
• Communicates proactively, passing information through designated 
• channels
• Makes good decisions without supervision
• Always aware of the surroundings
• Company’s best interest is demonstrated through daily actions

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Proficient with all mower types and sizes in any terrain or circumstance (heavy slope, near road traffic, wet, or extreme dry)
