CREW MEMBER 1

- Can operate a push spreader
- Has a valid drivers’ license
CREW MEMBER 2
HOW YOU WORK

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Able to identify broadleaf and grassy weeds
- Able to identify Bermuda and St. Augustine grass
- Able to load and unload Permagreen from the trucks
- Able to use Permagreen for standard applications (level, dry ground with few trees or obstructions)
CREW MEMBER 3
HOW YOU WORK
- Fully involved from start to finish, all day, every day
- Shows retention of training instructions
- Sees what is needed and does it without asking
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Knowledge of turf types, weed identification, plant identification, and turf/bed disease related problems
- Proficient in operating Permagreen on all turf types, tight spaces, slopes, and other non-standard ground applications
- Able to load, unload, and fuel the truck and equipment
- Has a valid drivers’ license
- Able to use phone app or other technology to record job information

- Understands all aspects of treatment

- Communicates proactively, passing information through designated channels

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Proficient in handling and using all types of herbicides, fertilizers, insecticides, and pre-emergents
- Handles conflict well and thrives in a diverse environment
- Ability to assist in the selection of products for various scenarios and future steps
- Has obtained a treatment technician license
