Dan Haught, Owner
Dan earned the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University and was named Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Dan is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#4426) and a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (#8740). He is also licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a commercial pesticide applicator (#0745224). Dan is recognized by the University of Georgia as a Certified Turfgrass Professional; the Purdue University Center for Urban and Industrial Pest Management for Turfgrass Pest Management completion; and the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association as a Texas Certified Nursery Professional (#4230).
Andrew Moehlman, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He grew through the company into his current role as CEO, first working in our Treatment department and then progressively gaining experience in all areas of service and operation. He is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator (#677066). From Villanova University, Andrew earned a Master Certificate in Six Sigma, a managerial approach to improve processes and enhance results. Passionate about developing leaders, he is an example to the MasterScapes team and helps shape the company’s focus on relationships and innovation. Andrew enjoys being outdoors, hiking or camping. He joined MasterScapes in 2013.
Stephen Myers, Landscape Division Manager
Stephen graduated from Abilene High School and earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Texas Tech University. He brings more than 20 years of experience to the MasterScapes team. He is a Texas Registered Landscape Architect (#1914) and is also licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#7323). Stephen, a married father of two, is active in the soccer community and enjoys coaching select teams. Stephen joined MasterScapes in 2016.
Jordan Phillips, Property Care Division Manager
Jordan is a cum laude graduate of Tarleton State University earning the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development. He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#17186) and by the Structural Pest Control Service of the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Applicator (#45969). Jordan joined MasterScapes in 2007.
Grant Rhoden, Client Experience Manager
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University, Grant spent the next 20 years working in sales, management, and operations in several industries. His broad experience and passion for customer service make him a skilled leader and excellent mentor. He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#19262) and by the Texas Department of Agriculture as a commercial pesticide applicator (#585078). Grant enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family. Grant joined MasterScapes in 2008.
Daniel Robinson, Director of Human Resources
Daniel, a native Texan, has more than two decades of experience in Human Resources. His experience ranges from labor and employee relations, corporate recruiting, strategic thinking/planning, change management, HR Law, and citizenship and immigration services. His professional experience combined with his personal interest in landscaping led him to MasterScapes in 2018.

Zach Carlton, Branch Manager
Zach is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship and Management. He is committed to the care of clients in the greater Fort Worth area and works hard to develop genuine relationships. In his free time, you may find Zach hunting, playing golf, or spending time at the lake with family and friends. Zach joined MasterScapes in 2019.
